Every Rental is subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions.

A comprehensive T’s & C’s is provided on your Master Rental Agreement which will be given to you at the time of rental.

All material and information is copyright and belongs to Olifants Rentals.

Brief T’s & C’s:

When renting, the following are not permitted on any of Olifants Trailers: livestock, building material/rubble, sand, steel, stone, bricks, pavers, concrete, instant lawn, or corrosive chemicals.

When you sign the Master Rental Agreement, you irrevocably accept the trailer to be in good order and condition, free of defects, latent or otherwise, and shall have no claim for cancellation, damages of any nature whatsoever and howsoever arising against Olifants Rentals, so please check the trailer together with our staff when collecting.

Please ensure that you have a current proof of residence (Water & Lights account, Telkom account, ect)  as well as your valid drivers license when collecting your trailer.

You are only authorized to use the trailer for the intended purpose and for the intended destination and duration as per the agreement.
